If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss how to make things right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. I’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind

Because my paper goods are produced in small batches, I do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.
